Repeatedly calls. I finally answered the call and they were trying to extend a car warranty. I told him nicely that we weren't interested and to stop calling. He asked why and kept trying to push. Finally I had to get VERY rude about it and he laughed in my face. Told them if they called again we'd report them to the proper authorities.

I'm in area code 716. This number called my home six times within a two-hour period. When I called back several times, there was that instant "click" of them disconnecting at their end. Some of the other recipients of these calls said it's Time Warner Cable. I will deal directly with them, and will voice my unhappiness.

They called again and no one wanted to speak. Hung up after a minute. I don't get it!!!
